At KMM & Co., we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade leather goods and offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned leather goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
